Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

Due to the nature of the product, for all returned, product can not be heavily used. If the product has been heavily used after your receive the product, we will not be able to accept you return. Thank you for your understanding. For any return request, please contact our customer service at before you ship the product. Once we accept your return, we will issue you the return shipping label. Return shipping is only issued to U.S. customer only. We will not be able to issue an international purchase. Contact customer service at: service@leveaskincare.com to request your return. We will happy to assist you with the return process. 

Exchanges:

Please contact our customer service for exchange request. We will issue you the return label after exchange is accepted and processed. Return label cost will be add to the exchange cost. 

Refunds: 

Once your return is accepted, we will process the refund within 14 business days of the product received. You will receive an email notice once refund issued. Refund processing leading time depends on your credit card or bank processing speed. Please be patient. 

For PayPal payment customer, refund processing time depend on PayPal processing time. For more info with PayPal processing time, please contact PayPal customer service for details. 

International Purchase: 

All International Purchases are final. We do not accept international returns and refunds. Thanks for your understanding.
